HR Freelancer
I am a freelancer with a lot of experience in the HR world. Moreover, I am passionate about languages, with a master's degree in interpreting Dutch-English-Danish, a very good knowledge of French and notions of German, Portuguese, Spanish and Swedish.
I started out as an HR Assistant, then worked my way up to HR Manager. That job actually appealed less to me and I did not enjoy it as much... hence the decision to become an independent HR freelancer in 2018.
Many times, I've been asked by various customers why I took a step 'back', but that is not at all how I see it. I just made that decision because I did not feel as passionate in the manager role, and I feel much better in a support role that is more operational! Of course, this managerial background is an added value for my customers because I can be their sparring partner on a management level when they have certain questions.
Furthermore, I am very rational and logical, have an eye for detail and am a huge fan of the KISS method: Keep it short & simple!
